For example,
1) you look nervous.
2)you seem nervous.
3)you appear nervous.
4)you look busy (←it may not be correct,I guess.)
5)you seem busy
6)you appear busy
7)you look frail
8)you seem frail
9)you appear frail
Are there any differences of the meanings?

They have very similar meaning and in a lot of examples can all be used and the meaning won't change.
I would use seem/appear instead of look when the subject is actually not what you thought.
For example:
You seem nervous but are talking calmly.
You appear frail but are actually very strong.
The examples that you gave are very helpful for me.
