Japanese consumption tax will raise.
It is cruel to add tax on the items that we need in our minimum living.

Taxes Will Rise
The Japanese consumption tax is being raised.
It is cruel to add tax on the items that we need for our everyday survival.
However it will not go into effect for a few years.
Maybe this is what you were trying to say? In 2014 the tax will be at 8%, and 2015 it will be at 10%. I was assuming you meant the future. :) I hope I helped!
But I wish our government at first have improved their way of using money...
