Watching a movie,"Davinci Code "

I watched a movie, "Davinci Code", today.
僕は今日映画を見た、ダヴィンチ・コードというやつだ。


The other day, I read a certain book of studying English.
先日、僕は英語の勉強に関するある本を読んだのだ。

This book said, "If you study English, it is the effective way to watching movie in English without a caption."
その本には、「もしあなたが英語を勉強するのなら、字幕を消した英語の映画を見ることは有効な手段である」、と書いてあった。

I believed it, and tried to watch a movie in the way.
(↑"try to do" or "try doing", which is best?)
僕はそれを信じて、その方法で英語を見ようとした。
（この場合、"try to do"と"try　doing"ではどちらが良いでしょうか？）





Indeed, less than 10 minutes after I started to watch, I couldn't understand this story.
実際のところ、僕が映画を観はじめてから10分と経たないうちに、この話を理解することはできないと気づいた。

As 20 minutes passed, I clearly realised that it was too early for me to watch a movie in this way.
20分が経った頃、僕は完全にこの方法で映画を見ることは僕にとって早すぎたと悟った。

I turned on a caption of Japanese soon, and I restarted to watch it from the bigining.
僕はすぐに日本語の字幕をつけ、そしてもう一度最初から観はじめた。



This movie was interesting with Japanese caption.
この映画は日本語字幕と一緒に見ると面白かった。



However, the novel was more interesting than the movie.
しかし、小説の方が映画よりも面白かった。

I have read the novel, "Davinci Code".
僕はダヴィンチコードの小説を読んだことがあった。

Of course, this novel was written in Japanese.
もちろん、その小説というのは日本語で書かれたやつだけどね。

I hope that I can read the original "Davinci Code" someday.
いつか、原書の「ダヴィンチコード」が読めたらいいなぁ。
