Japanese Food "Osechi"

My American friend who is living Japan and her brother who will come to Japan will come to my house next week, I wonder if it's good idea for them to cook "Osechi".

Do you know "Osechi"? We usually cook it when the new year party.(as seen this picture)

How about my "osechi"? looks yummy?

If you come to Japan and to eat osechi will you enjoy?


日本に住んでいるアメリカ人の友達の兄弟が来日して、来週我が家に遊びに来るので、おせちを作ろうかと思うけど、どうかな。

おせちって知っていますか？いつも元旦に食べます。この写真です。

私のおせちはどうですか？おいしそうでしょう？

もし、あなたが日本にきて、おせちを食べれたら、嬉しいですか？

If you want to have a more natural flow, you can use a different word rather than "come." So you could write: "My American friend, who is currently living in Japan, and her brother, who will be coming to Japan, will visit my house next week."

One small fix. It should be "as seen in this picture," not "as seen in picture."

Thanks for correction. To try to eat osechi when you come in Japan however you are able to eat during new year season.
