The results of the Test in Practical English Proficiency level pre-1, which I took two weeks ago, have come. I did it! I passed the first one and that means I’ve got the right to take the final one; the speaking test on July 8th.
As I felt just after the test, the listening comprehension part was not good. I got only 70% of it, while the average of those who passed the test was 75%.
However, I got 84% on the vocabulary, 100% on the reading, and especially I’m glad to see that I got 100% on the WRITING part.
I believe that’s because my Lang-8 friends have always kindly corrected me, sometimes with good explanations. I really appreciate your helps.
I’m really excited when I saw the results but now I’m worried about the next one.

I think I’m okay to communicate in English, but I’m not used to make a speech, even a short simple one. I tried to practice by myself, but my tongue was often tied.
When I talk with someone, he or she would help me or understand me even when I can’t make perfect sentences. Then we can enjoy talking.
However, at the speaking test, no one will help me like that.
I have to make all the sentences properly by myself.
Besides, I’ll probably get extremely nervous.

Help is never plural that I think of.
I think I’m okay to communicate at communicating in English, but I’m not used to make a speech making speeches, even a short simple one.
With "used to" you need to follow up with a habitual action. If you want leave speech singular, you could say "but I'm not prepared to make a speech, even a short simple one".

I often make mistakes when I write "look forward to" or "be used to."
I knew there should be a noun or -ing form of a verb, but I tend to use verb itself.
I didn't make this mistake on the test, though. (smile)

Can you write another entry about the exact format of the speaking/interview part of the Eiken test (especially pre-1 level?)
Some of my Lang-8 friends also make recordings and put links to the recordings on the web. You could make the recording using a timer, then transcribe what you said and put a link to your recording. People could give you feedback based on your transcript or by listening to your recording.

I bought a book intended to people who take the speaking test of level pre-1.
It has 14 examples of the real tests.
I'm practicing it one by one.
I also try to read and memorize the useful phrases in the book.
I'll do my best.

I think the best way to prepare for the speaking test is to anticipate what kinds of questions will be given. Try to think of your answers before taking the test. ^_^

"I got only 70% of the questions correct." "I understood only 70% of it." What exactly does 「取れる」 mean in your sentence?]

"Help" is a non-count noun. So are "assistance", "aid", and "support", for example.

"When I saw the results" is a time in the past, so with this time specification you need to use the past tense "was".
"I'm really excited..." says that you are still really excited about the results now. This can be true at the same time as being worried about the test to come.

"Tongue-tied" is correct as an adjective, but one doesn't say "my tongue is tied" or anything along those lines.

The pronoun "they" is often used in place of "he or she", even though "they" is ordinarily a plural pronoun. Personally, I prefer "he or she", but this preference drives some of my friends crazy.

We usually say, "７０点しか取れなかった" "７０％取れた" in Japanese, I happened to translate it directly.

Alternate. Sounds a little more natural to me.
How does the next part of the test work? Do you have to prepare a speech to give orally at the test, or will you be asked to talk about something on the spot?
If you know what you will have to talk about ahead of time, just practicing (out loud) what you think you'll say would be a good way to practice. If you won't know until the test is happening, that might be a little more tricky. Have you tried searching online for any information regarding past tests? Maybe you can find example questions that have been asked on previous tests and practice giving answers for those?
Either way, I think Oyatsu's idea is pretty good. Twitter might be a good way to put up some practice recordings and get quick feedback from a lot of people.

On the speaking test, I'll given a picture card and have to explain it on the spot. Then I'll have to answer 4 questions.
I'm practicing it every day.
I'm sure I'll get nervous, but I'll do my best.
