I have a long vacation.I want to travel and play with my friends.But I have an IELTS exam.I must stay at home to review.I hate writing because I do not know what to write and always make mistakes.I also dislike speaking.I do not know what to say.I am so nervous when I see the foreign examiner.I am so upset.I do not know how to do.Who can help me?
我有一个很长的假期。我想去旅游和跟朋友一起玩。但是我有一场雅思考试。我必须在家学习。我不喜欢写作，因为我不知道要写什么。我还会经常犯错。我也不喜欢口语。我不知道要说什么。当我看见外国考官我会很紧张。我现在很沮丧。我不知道该怎么办了。谁能帮助我？

First of all, your english really isn't bad. Secondly, why do you attend a IELTS if you don't like it?
I never tried this one, but I took a TOEIC and got 945/990. I didn't review, I slept only 3 hours and half the night before, I finished the exam 15 minutes before the end and didn't double check the answers. It's really not that hard. Instead of wasting your time, why don't you just go on Youtube, there are tons of good videos in english (I don't mean lessons for retards). Check this one:

If you remove the "外国/foreign" from "外国考官/foreign examiner", then that will make you feel less nervous, and will enable you to view him/her as just another person.

"Foreign" carries no real meaning, other than "unwelcome", so I would avoid the term if I were you.

If I am talking about you, what would you rather me say? Would you like me to say you are 中国的 or 外国的? You would probably prefer I say you are 中国的. The examiner also comes from a particular country. You would find out the name of the country he/she is from and use that country's name.

I don't know how to say it, because only Chinese culture uses the word "foreigner" so much. We don't call any kind of examiners in Australia "foreign examiners". What relevance is it to the examination that the examiner is a foreigner? The concept seems primitive and ridiculous.

In IELTS examination,oral examiners are really foreigners for me.I want to "泛指" not"特指". We don't think "foreign" means "unwelcome" in China.It's OK for us.

你想要泛指的话，就可以说"IELTS examiners"或"oral examiners".
