I want to become cool adult man.
Because they are very good-looking.
However,I do not understand whether it is possible to grow up if it does very.

Sometimes to be the man really makes you do things that are not at all cool. Nobody will praise you for it. But if you can see that is the right way, you must follow it.
I guess you mean you want the girls to think you are cool :-) it's a very different question :-)
