I am a new member.
"Newer" is not a noun in English but is only an adjective. Instead, you could simply say "I am new" or you could say "I am a new member."
I am Rondo from Nanjing University of Finances and Economics.
I have been learning English for eight years, but I don't think I have a strength in it .
Because you are not done learning English, you would not use "learned" because it implies that the action is completed.
So maybe you can help me to improve my english ,especially oral english .
In return, I will do my best to help you with the study of Chinese.
