1-Find out: I found out about the missing notebook. It was on the table at work.

2-Cheat on: I NEVER CHEAT ON YOU. Trust me!

3-Tell on: My sister tell on me my father.

4-Make up:She made an excuse up.

3-Tell on: My sister tell on me my father.
3-Tell on: My sister told on me to my father.

We usually would just say "My sister told on me." To whom is either obvious or unnecessary.

4-Make up:She made an excuse up.
4-Make up:She made an excuse up.

You can also use make up in another way. Suppose you miss classes one day and there was an exam that day. You will have to "make up" the exam later, meaning take it another time.
