מצאתי בינטרנת הרבה מוזיקה רלקס ועשיתי יוגה.
(I've found lots of relaxing music...what is Hebrew for relaxing? From the verb לרפות?)
אחר-כך אני בישלתי דג בתנור ומקרונים.
בערב הלכתי ל ארובי אבל המאמנת שלי חלתה,לא רציתי לעסוק בחדר-כושר והלכתי הביתה.

בדרך נכנסתי לחנות וקניתי חוטים לסריגה, יש לי רעין יצרתי.

1. for knitting you should prob use Wool (צמר) and not Strings (חוטים)
2. the last part should be "I had and idea and I created" ? cause thats what it says now...

and הרפיה = Harpaya
comes from the word רפוי = Rafuy which means loose or limb which in English mostly sounds negative but in Hebrew its mainly used to describe something that's relaxed.
don't confuse it with ריפוי = Ripuy which is healing, it's written almost the same but has a different meaning

you have to memorize where each vowel is, write the word you want and then go back to each letter and put the vowels one by one so it's quit a little headache, and prob why most Israelies don't even know that you can even do that and the ones that know how just don't go to that much trouble unless it's really important...
Click on Start | Run | type "charmap", OK
Put a checkmark on "Advanced view".
In "Group by" select "Unicode subrange"
In the window that appears, select "Hebrew"
Now you see letters and vowel marks, and you can double-click them to add. Finally press the "Copy" button.
