Adhesive, sweaty body. A fan and an air-conditioner don't help, don't save from heat and humidity. It hasn't been rained since winter.

I have doubts about the articles and the grammar tense in the last sentence.
: 'I feel hot and sticky today.'
Another benefit of this word is that it starts with the letter 's', so it makes the same initial sound as the next word 'sweaty'. Just a small game that can be played with the words.
By the way, in Israel it stops raining in early June and starts again only in late September. It never rains in the summer here.
