Hello Everyone! My name is Jesse.
I hope that through this site I can improve my Japanese reading comprehension. I hope that I can make lots of friends here with native speakers of Japanese, Korean, and other people from around the world.

I currently attend UAlbany (University at Albany) in Upstate New York as a Japanese Studies major, and Korean Studies minor. When I finish I wish to teach in Japan and focus my studies in the Linguistics field of Second Language Acquisition to obtain my Master's degree in ESL/TESOL. As a future ESL teacher, I have a few quirks with this site, and am fully against this star rating system. For those who correct my journal I will not give stars. I will however, acknowledge the Native Nod system. This is not Myspace and corrections should be done with care, and not to see who can collect the most stars.
