Anyone Tech Savvy?
For the past few months I have been trying to find the right program to view the Genki website. Eh, not so much the website, but some of the practice exercises. This one in particular...
http://genki.japantimes.co.jp/self/verb.en.html
If anyone has any suggestions I would be happy to try them.

I tried the practice exercise of lesson 3 Verb Masu-form
http://genki.japantimes.co.jp/self/verb.en.html
At the 1st question, you need to type the masu-form of the verb "みる" in the box.
I entered the answer in Japanese "みます", and press the return key twice.
Only if the answer was correct, you can proceed to the next question.
If you need to know in actuality the programming language (such as script language), I don't know...sorry!
Hope this helps...
Yeah, as Isamu said, you have to press the enter key twice, and if it shows a big circle which means that it is correct.
頑張って!
Try selecting "Japanese" under character encoding under VIEW in the navigation bar (Firefox browser). Auto-detect or unicode will not show the hiragana or kanji here ( http://genki.japantimes.co.jp/self/verb.en.html )
Hope this will work for you.

Happy New Year, Jesse! ^___^
I think this is a nice website.
I suppose there are similar practice sites on the Internet, but this is very nice.
Please hang in there!
Hi everyone,
Thanks for the help I appreciate it a lot. I should have come to Lang-8 to ask this question a long time ago. My sensei didn't know how to fix this problem.
Isamu and Ms. T,
Thank you for the explanation as before I changed the language format I couldn't even see the instructions in English.
UFO,
Thank you that worked. The Genki website even says to change that format, but I had no idea how that was done, so again thank you.
Rose,
Happy New Year to you also. I hope you had a great one.
Happy new year, Jesse!!!!!!
I didn't know about Genki website, but it seems nice!
Anyway, "Good luck in 2010 " aobaより
Thanks Aoba. I hope your New Year was wonderful. I have to put in my application to come to Osaka to study so keep your fingers crossed, and hopefully we can get together on New Years Eve. It would be great to have a nice Lang-8 New Years. ^__^ Take care.
