これは文法的な解説ではなく、私の個人的な意見です。 割れると壊れるは意味が違うので、「が」と「は」について書き込みます。 ・その家の基礎は壊れている。 （壊れている、にfocusがある。） ・その家の基礎が壊れている。 （基礎が、にfocusがある。壁、屋根ではなく、壊れているのは基礎！） 何を主張したいかによって、「がと」「は」を使い分けてるように思います。

これは単純に「ぶり」という単語は，否定文では使わないのだと思います．
　例) 正「十年ぶりに彼と会った」
　例) 誤「十年ぶりに彼と会っていない」
