Do you know Caspian Sea yogurt?<br /><br />It was come into fashion since several years in Japan.<br />The origin of the yogurt is a area around the Caspian Sea.<br />A Japanese professor of pathology at The University of Kyoto who researched a long life village.<br />The residents of the long life village were eating a yogurt, the professor had carried the yogurt to Japan.<br /><br />This yogurt has a ropy glutinosity.<br />It is smooth and it is very delicious. <br />Then we can breed and increase these bacteria oneself to eat.<br /><br />【How to make the Caspian Sea yogurt?】<br />1. Meet a person who have the Caspian Sea yogurt.<br />2. Divide out and get the yogurt from the person.<br />3. Prepare milk. <br />4. Mix the yogurt (200ml.) into milk (1000ml.)<br />5. Keep degree 20℃～30℃ by room temperature.<br />6. Wait about 12hrs ～24hrs. (It's depends degree.)<br />7. Completion! Be cool in fridge.<br /><br />★You can make the yogurt as many times as you wish!<br /><br />I got the yogurt in Japan, then brought to the US.<br />I'm cultivating the yogurt often to have every morning with my husband.<br />We really feel it's very good for bowels.<br />
