It was come into fashion since several years in Japan.
The origin of the yogurt is a area around the Caspian Sea.
A Japanese professor of pathology at The University of Kyoto who researched a long life village.
The residents of the long life village were eating a yogurt, the professor had carried the yogurt to Japan.

This yogurt has a ropy glutinosity.
It is smooth and it is very delicious.
Then we can breed and increase these bacteria oneself to eat.

【How to make the Caspian Sea yogurt?】
1. Meet a person who have the Caspian Sea yogurt.
2. Divide out and get the yogurt from the person.
3. Prepare milk.
4. Mix the yogurt (200ml.) into milk (1000ml.)
5. Keep degree 20℃～30℃ by room temperature.
6. Wait about 12hrs ～24hrs. (It's depends degree.)
7. Completion! Be cool in fridge.

★You can make the yogurt as many times as you wish!

I got the yogurt in Japan, then brought to the US.
I'm cultivating the yogurt often to have every morning with my husband.
We really feel it's very good for bowels.
