Have you eaten "the small intestines of cattle(牛の小腸)"?

It's the first time for me to eat it.

I've hated disguesting foods but it's very delicious!

I heard of the fact that the organs taste too greasy.

But it's not oily! I thought that's the why it was burn by a briquette.

If you have a chance to eat it, don't hesitate it! :D

In Osaka, there are Japanese and Korean restaurants that serve that kind of meats. I didn't eat 小腸 but stomach, tongue, tail, heart and so on. They are cheap and tasty but some of them are rubbery.
