The only one of these I have ever heard said is "far-sighted"- which means you cannot see things up close only far away.
If you're talking about someone who cannot see due to age,
my grandmother says "old eyes."

If your sight is starting to get bad, you can say: "My sight is going".

'Far-sighted' and 'near-sighted' are the common adjectives for bad eyesight. They can be used for young people or old people.

Thanks Marina.
I got it.
It's interesting your grandmother says "old eyes."

Thanks Franzi.
"My sight is going" sounds good.
And my sight is still not going :)

The reason why I asked is I don't wanna mean to be impolite when I talk about "far-sighted" especially with elderly people.
