I don't know the exact vocabulary but I hope you'll understand.
It's something about an "ad display"
The produce is in 2 parts, the display itself and a telescopic ...huh... stick to roll and unroll it.
The woman is holding the stick, it is said to weight 1kg and to be 4meters max (and also you got a 8.5euros/ht price tag, ht means hors taxe -> state taxes not counted yet).
The display is composed of :
- 2 stainless steel cables (rupture resistance measurement : 100 kg, i think it's 100kg each and not both)
- down the cables, the 'support ' (the girl is touching it with her stick), made in aluminium and painted white, the second line is too small and I can't read it sorry. It's 1m20 long and there's something about a 1kg weight (but I couldn't read the specifics)
- up the cables, you can find the 'enrollers' (up left, the round things), made of aluminium in a certain way (I think "coule" means you use a mold and you put molten aluminium in it, but I'm not sure, check it ;p). It's also written that the mechanics are simple and ??? (too small) and that it can hold 5m of cable max.
- and finally the last part, up the enroller fixation rings, it's called "anneaux brises de fixation" and google images gives me this http://www.bene-inox.com/visserie-raccord-robinetterie-tuyauterie-inox/visserie-boulonnerie-inox/bene_bv/bene_bv/s-31/231709/ , I suck at mechanics so I can't tell you more. Apparently it is designed for a carabiner or a 'cable en boucle' (mousqueton -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carabiner , cable en boucle is PERHAPS something like that http://www.directindustry.fr/prod/niedax/bloqueur-grip-pour-boucle-de-cable-metallique-19670-351785.html )

The big black spot tells that it's fully made of steel and aluminium. And just besides it's written that it's fire resistant, conform to the work policy. Also the total weight of the support (the upper part) is 3kg. There is something about some "300kg" that should be negligible for a department store building frame, I think it's about the weight while holding the frame but it's too small so I can't read it.

I hope I could be of any use.
