I am Jaslene, from Gmcom who in charge of communication issues with Sanman hotel.

I need to have your answers as asked on the phone.


1. as the last invoice(or contract) document,
we already booked 11rooms (king) 1room (2 beds) on Feb 24~Mar 2
but we need 1 additional room, in other word, we need total 13rooms
(Joyce, local operator of our company, already might ask you)
Is there more available room?



2. if not, Is it possible to resister our company on the waiting list?



3. apart from that, we would like to change the room type, among 11 king bed rooms, 1 king room to 1 2bed room on Feb 22- 27: 5nights.
that is, we need 10 king room, 2 bed rooms
is it possible?



4. I heard Sanman hotel have related restaurant,Moxies
we are plannig to breakfast there.
In order to make convenient process, here is my opinion regarding payment method.

1) we distribute breakfast coupons to our guest,

2) After we count all collected coupons when we check out after all schedules end up,

3) we pay for those expenses
