Do you know 'malbok' ? Of course not.
Malbok is a korean word which means special day on summer in korea.
This day we eat healthy food to overcome hot and sticky weather on summer and improve our body conditions.
Korean often eat a special chicken soup so called samgyetang,made of chicken, ginseng, jujube, glutinous rice and so on,like so healthful our body.
And last decorating the soup with pepper and leek to be delicious.
Japanese are like samgyetang,too
I ate samgyetang with being all in the sweat at noon.
I feel very strong......^ ^ ;;
