Hi. I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts but I am now living and working in San Jose, California. I have been studying Japanese for about 10 years, and I lived in Osaka from 2002-2005. Fortunately, my current job requires me to travel to Japan about 6-8 times/year but I miss living there. I love studying Japanese and am determined to continue until I reach native speaker level. I like the concept of this site, to help each other learn each other's language. Also, if you live in the Bay Area and would like to do language exchange, please send me a note.
はじめまして！アイラです。Ｂｏｓｔｏｎ市で生まれ育ちましたが、今カリフォルニア州のサンノゼ市に住んでいます。日本語を勉強し始めてから、もう１０年も経ちました。また、３年間（０２年ー０５年）大阪に住んでいた経験があります。今の仕事で日本出張が年に６－８回もありますが、それにしても日本の暮らしが恋しいです。日本語の勉強が大好きだし、いつかネイティブスピーカー同様のレベルに達成することを決心しています（一生かかるだろうけど 笑）。お互いに言語学習を助け合うという本サイトのコンセプトがとても気に入ります。ちなみに、ランゲージエクスチェンジパートナーを募集しておりますので、ご興味のある日本の方は是非ご連絡下さい。よろしくお願いします。
