There's not much you can do about these people except to learn to deal with them, and learn to choose friends who are kind to you, who actually care about you, who make you feel good about yourself. When you find friends like this, hold on to them, treasure them, spend time with them, be kind to them, love them.

对这种人你除了学会和其接触无计可施,同时你也要学会择友,选择那些对你友善的,那些真正关心你的,那些令你对自己感到很好的人做朋友。当你寻找到像这样的朋友,就一定要坚守这份友谊,珍惜他们,花些时间和他们在一起,友善的对待他们并爱他们。

Overall, your pronunciation was all right. "Treasure" and "spend" sounded a little odd, but it may have been just an issue with recording.

This is more of a stylistic suggestion, but when you are reciting a list of things where a word is repeated (here, it's "them"), put just a little bit of emphasis on the words prior to the repeated word. It helps to reiterate.

Cheers!

"these" - better pronunciation on 'th'. Say this part louder and emphasize it more.

"them" - make sure you are saying /e/ (like bet) instead of /u/ (like but). There is a big distinction between these sounds. I can understand because there is no word 'thum', but it is more correct to pronounce it as 'them'.

"you" - you are sounding like eee-ew. Instead of /yew/. Make sure to get that 'ya' sound at the beginning. Leave out the eee sound.

"treasure" - should sound more like the word "bet" ... treh-jure. Rather than like tree-jure.

If you want to learn pronunciation, I would recommend learning the International Phonetic Alphabet. Many dictionaries follow this standard of giving exact descriptions of how to pronounce words; it is very helpful. And I will be able to give more precise descriptions here if you know it.
