I have worked at my office for eight years.

I thought I took a proper job.

But I could not reply to freshman's questions which are basic.

I have knowledges but I can't understand for details.

I must reset myself!!

I have been working in my company for eight years. (We don't say work in office, the proper way to say is work in company.)

I have knowledge but I don't understand in dept. (There is no 's' for knowledge; in dept mean in very detail.)
