Kindness is for myself.

"A kindness is never lost" is a widely known phrase in Japan too.

I have not thought about this phrase in dept.

I thought I must put kindness for others before my happiness.

So I always had expectation of gratitude from others who were treated with kidness by me, and I was angry when they disappointed me.

But I got it!

The expectation is self-centered view.

Kindness for others must be for myself.

I must treat with kidness without requiring anything in return.
