A bad habit!

I have a bad habit that I strongly think to break now.
治したいと思っている悪い癖がある。

That is "Leave things unchanged".
それは物事を放置するくせだ。

I'm frequently said that I decision the big thing quickly.
重大な事をすぐに決めてしまうと人からよく言われる。
I think that people who know me may well say it.
私を知っている人がそう思うのもしかたがないと思う。
My decision was seemed abrupt, because I rarely have a consultation with others.
私の決断は突然の様に思われるのは、人にあまり相談せずに決めてしまうからだろう。
When I quit my previous job, I was said it too.
会社をやめた時も言われた。
And, when I started my own company, then too.
そして、会社を始めた時も。

But I thought well myself about it before making a decision such a big things.
でも、重要な決断をする前にはじっくりとちゃんと考えている。
When I think something, I have a short time to think intensively about it.
何かを考えるときは、短い時間で集中的にそれについて考える。
Then once I determined, I've rarely hesitated.
そして一度決めたら、それについて迷ったりはめったにしない。

However, most importantly, doing the decision like above it depends on my biorhythm.
でも、重要なのは、そんな決断や考える事はバイオリズムによるところが大きい。
If I was good condition and suitable biorhythm, I could make a drastic decision quickly.
コンディションも良くバイオリズムも好調ならば、大きな決断も素早くできる。
But the other of the condition, I keep things pending and just waiting, let alone did not decide.
反対にそうでないときは、決断しないだけでなく、物事を放置したり、何かを待ったりたりするだけのときがある。

Thereby, I'm often busy at near the deadline of something.
それ故に、デッドライン前に忙しくなる事も結構ある。
At least, I must change one of the factors, "do nothing".
少なくとも、”何もしない”癖はどうにかしたい。
More quickly action and progress.
もっと早く行動して、前に進まないと。

Anyway I was bothered this habit now.
とにかく、この癖に今悩まされている。
I will change this bad habit soon!
この癖、早く直さないと。

Good job! Your meaning was mostly clear. Most of my corrections were to make it sound more natural.

Make sure you use present tense when you're describing yourself. You CURRENTLY have this bad habit, and you want to change it!

Also, "Thereby" is RARELY used in English, and usually only in scientific or religious contexts.
