「Grammar Nazi」って、日本語でどう言えばいいのかなぁ．．．

「バ～カじゃない？英語でおｋ」
「英語をちゃんと使いなさい！」
「辞書に載っていないのなら、本物の英語ではないよね。」
うっせぇな。
そういうものを言うやつは大嫌い。
言語というのは、大雑把なもので、唯一のやり方しかないことなんてではないんです。なのに、自然に聞こえるかどうか考えずに厳しく堅い英文法規則を英語の勉強している方に教えちまいます。
たしかに文法は役に立つことですけど、話しながらそんなものについて考え込むのは．．．だれ？その場合、役に立たなくて、むしろ流暢なコミュニケーションの邪魔になるだろう？その上、自然な英語はよく、ごちゃごちゃな乱雑なものです。

「文法オタク」．．．ナイスアイデア！
ふーーん。
Grammar Naziは、
小さい事にこだわる人や押し付けがましい人のことでしょうかね。
または、文学の才能がある「インテリ」とも言えるかな。さて？
そうそう！おっしゃるとおり！
文法に縛られると言葉が出てこなくなっちゃいますしね。
ずいぶん前、Lang-8友達のｼﾞｬｽが書いていたけど、いろんな人がいろんな添削をしてくれると勉強になっていいですよね。
文法を完全に無視はできませんが、そればかりにこだわらず、自然な書き方話し方が一番いいと思います！
Why are you upset about them? You can just leave them alone! In a way, I'm totally with you. i sometimes come across those who are insist on studying grammar. The problem is, I think, they tend to persuade us to study as they do! I want to say to them, "Leave me alone!"
I don't think we don't need to stick with grammar books, but I think we need to tell colloquial expressions from written languages. I bump into writings which are full of colloquial expressions, but all of them are hard to read and understand...

@Mocchan: I guess it depends on who you ask. I prefer the first meaning. =D
@がぶがぶ: Yes, I agree. One has to strike a balance between being "proper" and being natural.
@yuka: That is true, and I totally agree. You do have to know basic grammar so as not to confuse your speaking partners. However, I feel that prioritizing grammar over communication is a bad idea.
@Emi: Grammar nazis usually don't bother me, but I recently got into a tiff with one, and I had to get it off my chest. And I too agree that a distinction needs to be made between standard language and colloquial language. But again, I just don't like people who fixate on what's standard and refuse to recognize just how flexible and varied language can be.
