風邪を引いてしまった

寝に行ってくる前に宿題をしたいので、今の日記は手短にします。
I'll be brief with this entry because I want to get some homework done before I go to bed.
風邪を引いてしまいました。
I caught a cold.
And it's not even autumn yet.
まだ秋になっていませんのに…
This sucks. It's been a long time since I've gotten sick, and I'm really not looking forward to the misery that's sure to come my way in the next few days.
これは最悪ですよ。ずいぶん長い間風邪がありませんし、もうすぐやってくる苦労や痛みを対処する気が進まないのです。
I can't miss any days of school next week, either, because I have a number of tests to take; mid-terms are coming up fast.
その上、色々なテストとか中間試験の準備がありますので授業を休んではいけません。
Just thinking about this is making me angry.
この状態を思うだけでイライラしますよ！
Bah. I'm out.

ずいぶん長い間風邪がありませんをひいていませんし、もうすぐやってくる苦労や痛みをに対処する気が進まないのです。 （or 苦労や痛みのことを考えるとうんざりします。）

まだ秋にもなっていないのに…(ここは「です」形でないほうが自然)
ずいぶん長い間風邪がありませんし、もうすぐやってくる苦労や痛みを対処する気が進まないのです。体の痛みかと思われてしまうので、不要
その上、色々なテストとか中間試験の準備がありますので授業を休むわけにはいきません。
この状態を思うだけで考えただけでイライラするよ～。

これは最悪ですよ。(「もう最悪！」とか「もうサイテー・・・」と書くともっと自然な感じです。)
睡眠を十分取ってゆっくりしてくださいね。早く治ることを祈ってます。

まあ…喉も頭も、もう痛くなくなってきますが、激しく咳き込むことが多いです。
