I want to be a professor who teach students Psychology.
I recently read about professor who teaches well.
After reading, I totally agreed with author's idea.
Who is the best professor?
These days, students are used to contact with the internet frequently and barely read books.
Teachers should be changed to adopt a variety of sources and be a life mentor to courage their study or life.
Students are like customer, leader of their own life.
Malcom Gladwell who is famous author said in his book 'Outlier', it takes 10,000 hours to acquire success.
10,000 hours means everyday's effort.
10 hours per day take 3 years.
5 hours per day take 6 years.
I think whatever it is, if you do everyday, it is great.
Diligence is basical factor for success.
In my case, I'd like to plan anything even in cleaning my room.
If you look at my schedular notebook, it is full of plans.
I guess I'm not good at practicing all plans and I have no will power to be diligent.
But I have my own moto; Evrytime you fall, stand up again and again, there is a glory.
I'm trying to execute plans into action.
If I will be a professor in a few years, I want to speak out my knowledge loudly to hear distant students.
But I have small voice, I'm worrying about that.
And I want to speak up without trembling.

If you work 10 hours per day, it would take 3 years to acquire success. (Or, "If you work 10 hours a day, it would take 3 years.)

If you look at my schedular notebook agenda, it is full of plans. (Agenda is what we call a book that has our schedules written out in it) =^.^=

And I want to speak up confidently without trembling.
