We have a new staff in our sushi bar .
I should teach him because I was a new one before he came my work.
He is not really good at this work.. and very slow but I couldn't tell him to do something more quickly I was not good at the first time as well and he's older than me.
I found it hard to teach someone who is older than me , who seems doesn't like to have any passion for one's job.

Today I cleaned up our shop with him and it was such a disaster to me.
Maybe he didn't think that he did everything so slow.
I had to do extra things he hasn't even started to before he recalled them.
That wasn't a problem..but what I really worry is about my boss.
Thought he doesn't like a new staff for some reasons all we other staffs can guess and He wanted me to teach a new staff...
It means if he made any mistakes I would have something like a 'hardtime' for that.
I just wish he'd do more eagerly ..

  • We have a new staff in our sushi bar .
  • We have a new staff member at our sushi bar .

  • I should teach him because I was a new one before he came my work.
  • I am supposed to teach him because I was the new one before he started working.

  • and very slow but I couldn't tell him to do something more quickly I was not good at the first time as well and he's older than me.
  • and is very slow, but I can't tell him to do somethings more quickly since I was not good at the first time either, and he's older than I am. [You could also say "I can't tell him to hurry up," which would be a little less polite but more natural-sounding. You can use either "at first" or "the first time," though not both; "the first time" implies just the very first time you did it, while "at first" conveys a longer period of time. Finally, when you're making comparisons, I corrected "than me" to "than I," which is grammatically correct, but a lot of native speakers also make this mistake.]

  • I found it hard to teach someone who is older than me , who seems doesn't like to have any passion for one's job.
  • I found it hard to teach someone who is older than me and who seems doesn't seem to have any passion for his job.

  • Today I cleaned up our shop with him and it was such a disaster to me.
  • Today I cleaned up our shop with him and to me, it seemed like such a disaster to me.

  • Maybe he didn't think that he did everything so slow.
  • Maybe he didn't realize that he was doing everything so slowly.

  • I had to do extra things he hasn't even started to before he recalled them.
  • I had to do extra things he hadn't even started to before he remembered about them.

  • but what I really worry is about my boss.
  • but what I am really worried about is about my boss.

  • Thought he doesn't like a new staff for some reasons all we other staffs can guess and He wanted me to teach a new staff...
  • All the rest of us can guess that he doesn't like the new staff member for some reason, and he wants me to teach the new person.

  • It means if he made any mistakes I would have something like a 'hardtime' for that.
  • So if he makes any mistakes, I will get something like a hard time about it.

  • I just wish he'd do more eagerly ..
  • I just wish he'd work with more enthusiasm...

That's definitely a difficult situation! Hopefully he'll adjust to the work quickly. ^^ I hope the number of changes I made doesn't look too intimidating; your English is actually very good and there weren't many grammatical mistakes, I just adjusted things to sound more natural. :)

The ellipses or three periods (...) mean that you are continuing your thoughts, even though they are not on paper. For example:

My mom keeps talking, saying "blah blah blah blah..."

From this example, you can see that "my mom" is still saying "blah blah" and that "I"
or the speaker in the sentence is not listening.

I hope this helps and did not make things more confusing.
