How sorrowful I recognize that now...
There are so many people speaking and writing English like native speakers in my company. I really envy them.
It's needed to understand my new job positions but I sometimes feel the limit cause of my English skills.
I need some time to improve them but the company doesn't wait me...

She's in hospital now, and maybe she will have a surgical operation.
I'm in great anxiety...
