Best Friend

I have a best friend. His name is Igor but I call him Garik. He is 22 years old, and he is very clever and tall (mental abilities and height perfectly combine with each other, don’t they?). Igor is well-read, knows a lot of things and thinks much that he knows a lot. It’s pleasure to have a conversation with him but sometimes he can be naughty and stubborn; that is why one of the delights of our dialogs is to outargue each other.
His favourite phrase suddenly appeared from the deepest nooks of his Neanderthal subconsciousness is “Tro-lo-lo”. Also Igor likes everything connected with Japan: he learns Japanese, likes anime and not so long ago he came back from Japan. Well, and a few minutes ago he bombarded our icq chat with a lot of spam. Here Igor is, such as he ismy best friend.

Is it possible to use the word "naughty"? I didn't mean anything vulgar. What is the best word for this purpose in this case?

'naughty' is usually used with children who do not do as they are told.
It can also be used in a sexual sense, meaning forbidden.
In your case I would propose the word 'troublesome', meaning that he creates a lot of trouble for others.
