でも、将来にパンプキンパイを食べたいです。
でも、そのうち（= near future or soon)パンプキンパイを食べてみたい（= try to eat)です。

If you can't eat it because of satiety, it is better to use おなかがいっぱいで　食べられませんでした

If you don't like a pumpkinpie, I think it is better to use ～はきらい（＝don't like)なので食べられませんでした。（られませんでした means was not able to or couldn't.)

姉は身重です。
姉は妊娠しています。（「身重」is not wrong, but we don't usually say like that.）

There are some things that I would you like to know.
身重だ ; Sounds like kind of negative.
妊娠している ; normal
おなかにあかちゃんがいる She's having a baby. ; It could be my favorite expression if my sister would have done.
