Hello, What's your favourite food? This time I'd like to introduce a very very hooooooot food to you.
Many people think that China is famous for not only it's long history but also it's delicious and various food. Since I'm from HuNan, I'd like to talk more about the HuNan speciality- "Hot Pot". The first response of people from other provinces will be "you must like hot food" when they hear " I'm from HuNan". Indeed, most of HuNanese are good with hot food. When it's getting cold, we prefer to have "Hot Pot" with friends or families. Even when it's hot, we'd like to take spicy food in air-conditioning room. We always enjoy it very much. Since I'm from Hunan, I'd like to talk more about the Hunan speciality- "Hot Pot".
The first response of people from other provinces is always, "You must like hot food" when they hear " I'm from HuNan".
One of my parents favorite resturant is called, "The Hunan". I think one of the characters was, "園". I don't remember. :D
The food looks delicious anyways!

Indeed, most of Hunanese are good with hot food.
When it gets cold, we prefer to have a "Hot Pot" with friends or family. ("friends or family" is a fixed phrase; of course "families" isn't grammatically incorrect, technically. :)
Even when it's hot, we like to eat spicy food in an air-conditioned room. (LOL)

When it's getting cold, we prefer to have "Hot Pot" with friends or families. I think it's fine to say "...we prefer to have "Hot Pot" with friends... Really don't need the "a" before Hot Pot.
Oh, the provonce where you live is famous for hot food? Where is the HuNan province in China? in Japan, SiChuan cuisine is the best famous and popular hot chinese food. I like Mapo Doufu.(^^) Keep trying.
