I have been doing yoga since I visit in India and leaned yoga.
I do yoga once per week at the sport gym.
In yoga, I must concentrate on my breathing.
Usually I do yoga breathing by closing my mouth and breathing through my nose.
Yoga breathing help me relaxing in body and spirit.
Additionally, doing yoga promote flexibility in my body and heighten my concentration.

our brain activity is closely related to our physical ability.
I guess promoting flexibility in my body leads to my flexible mindset.
