This is an African fable.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Dawn Race"
In Africa, gazelles arise from sleep every morning.
The gazelles know that if they don't run faster than the lion with most speed,
they would be killed by the lion.
Lions arise from sleep every morning.
Lions know that if they don't run faster than the gazelles with worst speed,
they would die of hunger.
It doesn't matter whether you are gazelle or lion.
At break of dawn, you have to run.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I think long ago mankind used to run in the woods in order to run away from predator"肉食動物"
or catch prey.
However, because it is a lot more convenient thanks to technology, we have forgotten how to run.

In a modern and civilized country, such as Japan, people might not need to run because they can drive a car or get on a train.

When it comes to a race,
a student made news to cheat audaciously during the entrance exam to college.
The questions for the exam, which no one but the students know, was posted in the Internet bulletin boards to find the answer.
After the exam, the college filed a claim to the police.
The police investigated to the root based on the communication record.
At last, the student,who posted the question with his mobile phone, was arrested.

However, because we can find information online,
the entrance exam would make no sense to only ask the student's memory.

We should divide what we must do with what the computer should do.

What we should do is what the computer can not do, for example creative act, or to empathize with others.

If so, the school should teach us how to run like gazelles and lions.
How to run means how to live, how to search a place to sleep, and how to search foods.
That is, the school should teach camping, climbing, and how to travel different countries.

If a dawn break, we should run like gazelles and lions.

I haven't seen you around for a while.

It's interesting what Shinya wrote about African fable.

In the company, I notice that we don't know how to think and how to develop the logic as Shinya says.

Japanese student used to find a single absolutely correct answer
under conditions that already exist right answers

We, just as those who had a Japanese education, have to foster the ability to think, don't we?
