Would someone please help me translate a few sentences? I'm somewhat stuck on these:
对繁体字, 异体字 <国家通用语言文字法> 也明确指出文物古迹, 姓氏中的异体字, 书法篆刻等艺术形式中需要和出版, 教学, 研究中需要使用的, 经国务院有关不们批准的等性情, 可以保留或使用繁体字, 引导和批评的方去. (I don't understand the last part).
进一步以法律的方式明确了普通话和规范汉字的法律地位.
不过, 这一做法是采纳老人老办法, 新人新办法.

同时,人事部还规定公务员、教师等职业,只会说一点普通话还不行,必须达到三级和二级标准,达不到标准的将不能上岗。不过,这一做法是采纳老人老办法, 新人新办法.
