Good evening from Thailand. It rains for hours here, so I'm listening to Rainy Days and Mondays on repeat. ♪~♪

I love rainy day as long as it doesn't cause the outage.
No electricity means no computer and means nothing to do!!! xD
I spend too much time in front of computer. I hope someday I'll be a graphic designer so that I'll be able to spend time for my beloved Photoshop and Illustrator much more...♥
(oh.. do I really need it to be that way?! o_o)

I love Wednesday because new CD comes out on every Wednesday in Japan. And another reason is because now I'm looking forward to watching the next episode of myterious anime "Umineko no naku koro ni" which will be on air on Wednesday.

Sounds strange but I'm looking for interesting things for each day in a week, for example, melonpan is for sale on every Tuesday, games are released on every Thursday.

P.S. Could anyone tell me the difference of 'blackout' 'power cut' 'power outage' 'power failure' etc. and how to use them please, thanks!

I think our english is kind of equally thus I just made some small changes to get the test more fluently. Further you should check for the difference between for and on as there seems to be a chance to improove for you, as you are very good in English already. "For and on" there is a slightly different meaning.

The difference in between Blackout and so on will be depending on the context what you want to say:

Blackout: to be fainted ("bpen lom" in Thai) or to lose the memory for a short time.
Power cut= short breackdown of the power/ electricity
power outage= longe breakdown of the power/ electricity
power failure= no energy flow at all

Hope this helps and will be correct.
Finally I had the chance to compensate :-)

  • Sounds strange but I'm looking for interesting things for each day in a week, for example, melonpan is for sale on every Tuesday, games are released on every Thursday.
  • but: I am looking for the event of each day of the week, or: the Winner of the day... to do something on each each of the week, meet you on thursday.

There is also a Power outage Blackout which means a loss of electricity for some weeks or months.
So what I explained is that the usage of the word will be depending on the duration of the power down break.

power failure= is to be used in telecommunication or electronical devices or instruments, for example power failure-proofed

Before I use it wrong, not breakdown but down break or interruption, sorry.

“on” sale and “for” sale
If you’re selling something, it’s for sale; but if you lower the price, it goes on sale.
