How do you call "..." in Japanese? You can WRITE it like that, but how do you SAY it when you speak? Thanks. (I'm just beginning, so it will take some time before I can type entries in Japanese, but I'll get there sooner than later.)

To clarify my question, I wanted to know how you'd say it in a sentence. I assume that てんてんてん(ten ten ten) is the informal way to say it, which one would use most of the time, and 三点リーダー(san ten riidaa) the formal name, the grammatical term to designate suspension points (aka ellipsis, points of ellipsis, periods of ellipsis). Is that right?
