Since last month, I re-started jogging every week.
I've made a goal I run through 140km per every month.

BTW, I am tracking my jogging data with iPhone.

The software I'm using is "Runkeeper", one of the most popular application of iPhone.

http://runkeeper.com/

With this system, I can track my jogging record both distance and average speed.

Though there are another good applications which are distributed by famous sports brand such as Nike and Adidas.

They are getting popularity and my friends tend to use them.

I'm wondering I'll continue to use Runkeeper or change and share tracking information with friends.

I do distance runs a lot and I've used Runkeeper before. Depending on the situation, GPS trackers can sometimes be inaccurate when finding the distance you ran and then in turn be inaccurate when they calculate your average pace. I prefer to just plan out my run, make sure the distance is accurate and then use a watch to time it. If the GPS is accurate (or just close enough) then I would say continuing to use it would be a good idea, but if not then it might not be worth it. Anyhow, I hope that helped. Good luck and have fun running. :D
