Falling into slump

Last night I took an online English conversation lesson, but I could not talk to the teacher than before. I happened to find I was very awkward in conversation, and could not find appropriate words and expressions when I was talking to her.
Though I'm writing and reading English everyday at my office, I cannot speak English as much as before.
I'm wondering if I am falling into slump.
My study methods are;
* Writing journal on Lang-8(of course, this site)
* Listening and doing dictation of Radio English conversation program
* Memorizing vocabulary with iPhone app
* Taking online conversation lesson
I have improved my English skill with these methods for a few years, but now I'm facing a high barrier.

Falling into a slump

Though I'm writing and reading English every day at my office, I cannot speak English as much as before. every day = 毎日; everyday = 日常
I'm wondering if I am falling into a slump.
My study methods are: (I think a colon would work better here.)

A little ago, I might be satisfied with making English conversation even if it was an awkward.
Gradually I become to check my expression strictly.
Anyway I have to go straight to break down the wall.
I don't study like you....It's probrem.
I think everyone usually feel "I'm not becoming well".
In my case, I don't like English so it's first step to be used to hearing English.
Next step is can speak & listen English.
Now I'm used to hearing English than before. But I don't think I can speak & listen English...
Everyone pass that situation. But it's important to continue studying.

悩んでいてもしょうがないので、とりあえず諸々の学習は続けつつ、1か月ぐらい別な方法を試してみようと思います。
