As I wrote my journal, I've been caught by a inflammation of the lungs for a month.

My doctor have told me that I won't have to come to her hospital, so I've been trying to make my daily life as before.
Now I restart to go jogging, but I have really been exhausted only by a short distance's jog.
It seems I must spend a time to get my body back to the best condition.

I started jogging again, but I have been really exhausted from jogging short distances.
