I didn't go anywhere today because I have to read the English book
for taking the exam to change levels at AUA tomorrow morning.
I hope I'll get the higher level. It's not easy for me to listen to the native speakers. I think that I and some Thai students are accustomed to listen to Thai teachers in English. Anyway, I'll try to practice until I become good in English.

I think 'accustomed to' is correct, but 'used to' is more common.

Don't worry about the difficulty of understanding the accent of native speakers; this is a problem that all English learners have had at the beginning. It is just a matter of getting used to it. The more you practice, the easier it gets.
