Your title is not mistake, but I think "ひどい" or "変な" are more natural in this case. I think that the word "悪い" have "evil" image, for example "悪い人".
But I think you can use "~が悪い", for example "できが悪いぷよぷよ".
This expression doesn't have bad means.
