"Espero ver a ustedes allí" no es natural. Normalmente, cuando te diriges a alguien, si este alguien tiene la función de Complemento del verbo, creo que no se puede poner el pronombre fuerte "ustedes" o "tú". Puedes utilizar "ustedes" para dar más fuerza a la frase, para enfatizar. Aún así, sería: "Espero verLES a ustedes allí".
De todos modos, se usa poco en este contexto.

In this case, "verles" is not leísmo because you are addressing someone. That is:
- Espero verles. (a ustedes)
- Espero veros. (a vosotros)

You are right that "Espero verles" can mean "I hope I see them". Think about two things:
- Espero verles. (a ellos) --> It's leísmo, but it is correct if you are talking about people. So, for example, I'm not leísta, but I would say this.
- Espero verles. (a ustedes) --> This is what you mean and, since you are addressing someone, no one will get confused.

But now that I read it again, there's another mistake:
At the begining, you are addressing us like "vosotros"; in the end, you are addressing us like "ustedes". You cannot do this. You must decide one of them.

Huh? I never use "vosotros". I did start out using "tú" and ended with "ustedes", but outside Spain, "ustedes" is the plural of "tú"...
