I will buy on Yahoo! Japan auction. But it is used for a couple of time and they siad This item has been released on July 5, 2009 and I bought it on July 10, 2009. I just only watched it for two or three time. This item still good condition like new. I don't know whether I will buy it.

Verb tense is a bit confusing. You say that you "will buy" yet you bought the item on "July 10, 2009" which means you bought it in the past.
