Japan could not beat Paraguay

Yesterday ,Japan could not beat Paraguay in soccer world cup.Ability was same maybe.but Japan didn't have Good luck.Paraguay had it.PK game is very severe to player,because It is no relation as Ability of soccer.I think Janken(scissors-paper-rock) is more better then PK.

Yesterday ,Japan could not beat Paraguay in the World Cup for soccer/ the FIFA World Cup soccer tournament.
Their ability was about the same.
but Japan had bad luck that game.
Paraguay did it, they won the game.
The Penalty Kick method is very harsh for the players, because It does not express the relation to one's true soccer ability.
I think Janken(a Japanese rock- paper-scissors game) is a more better method for determining the winning team, rather then "PK".
