I was tired today.
It was work today from 9:00 a.m.

A man vsited my working place today.
He can speak English only.
I was troubled.
But I did my best.

I cannot speak English very much....

I study English more.

I was troubled.
I was troubled. (It is OK to say this but a better word might be "nervous". You can say, "I was nervous." or "I was worried." Many people also say "troubled" so it is good. There are many ways to express this feeling.)

I cannot speak English very much....
I cannot speak English very much well .... (Or do you want to say "I cannot speak much English" - this would mean you cannot speak a lot of English. If you say "I cannot speak English very well." it would mean you can speak some English but you do not speak it very well.")
