I bought a new SANYANG moped in 2006 that is good brand and expensive here.
Someone stole my moped last July, so I had to buy a new one. But I couldn't afford it. Therefore I bought a new bicycle. However, shortly after it was stolen again.

When I lived in Japan, somebody has stolen my Honda scooter. The thief just abandoned it somewhere, because it maybe ran out of gas on the way. It was broken.

I went to HPD today, because they restored the stolen moped to me.
It was just frame. I didn't understand that it "just frame" means. The police officer told me that thieves took off my moped's parts. Usually for selling the engine, the seat, and almost all parts.
I needed to renew buying the sticker for picking up the frame.
Don't you think its ridiculous to renew the sticker. I can't ride on it. I don't want to buy putting the parts back to the moped. I just want to take pictures of my moped how much miserable!
Moreover,I was disappointed. If I haven't gone to HPD, I've never known they found the frame.
The police officer never call me nor leave a message. But they sent to a letter my old address, even I've already told them new address.
I can't believe this....
