Last winter I go to Anapa (town on the south of Russia) with big group of children. There I had a lot of friends, and once we set in the room and were remembering Russian national food. I remembered about churchhela. My name in Russian language can sound as Shura, wich consonant with this tasty thing. We made fun of it and my group begun to name my Churchhela. This cooking made from grapeses juse and nuts, and looke like red sousage. In my opinion is funny:)))
