Dear Youngjoo and William,
My apologies for inconvenience, I was confused about the word’ valet’ laundry
Youngjoo’s comment is correct. If valet laundry is not for simple office working area but for full time working place, the location of this should be moved to B3 level. We’ve marked the area of laundry according to the Hilton’s requests. If it requires any changes, we are willing to talk about the issue with them. We prefer to place the simple office work area for managing loaded and unloaded laundries and the collecting room on the B4 floor and valet service for guest area at B3 level.
Thanks,

Is the expression 'on the # floor' equivalent to 'at # level'?
'place sth on the # floor' = 'plan sth at # level"?
and is there any word that can replace "place"?
You can say "area", "location", or "position". The work location can be placed at this position.
Also, we say "floor plan".
